Our solution for Bubbe: We helped develop the concept and design for the first vacuum-insulated, self-heating baby bottle that keeps milk cool for 12 hours, then warms it to perfect temperature in under 2 minutes. The ergonomic hourglass design integrates sonar milk-level sensing, magnetic stirring technology, and universal nipple compatibility into one compelling funding proposition.

The Problem: The stress of being a new, working, or traveling parent can turn caregivers into versions of themselves they don't recognize—or worse, regret. Traditional baby bottles force impossible choices: carry multiple bottles and heating equipment, accept lukewarm or cold milk, or constantly worry about safety and timing.
The Technical Reality: Breast milk and formula have strict temperature and time requirements. Current solutions require separate warming devices, create hot spots, or take too long when babies are crying. Parents end up juggling multiple products, precise timing, and safety concerns during already stressful moments.
The Startup Challenge: Bubbe needed to demonstrate that their innovative concept could capture significant market share in the competitive baby products space. The design had to prove both technical feasibility and compelling market differentiation to attract investors and customers.
The Market Gap: No single product addressed the complete feeding workflow—storage, temperature maintenance, heating speed, safety monitoring, and universal compatibility. This represented a clear opportunity for a startup to disrupt the traditional baby bottle market. -
Instead of adding another gadget to the parenting arsenal, we helped Bubbe create an integrated system concept that simplifies the entire feeding process. The ergonomic hourglass form houses sophisticated technology that works invisibly, creating a compelling story for both parents and investors.
Why the Hourglass Shape Works: The submissive, curved form feels natural in stressed hands while maximizing internal volume for the heating and circulation system. The visual appeal also helps the product stand out in investor presentations and marketing materials.
